SMP2023 REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE GALA DINNER
FOR STA MEMBERS
Each STA Member Organisation is eligible to send up to three delegates at the discounted member rate. Additional delegates may be registered as a 'General Delegate'.
STA member delegates may select to be considered to have a meeting with a Member of Parliament in person on the day of SMP ON THE HILL (Meetings with Members of Parliament may need to be limited to one per member organisation depending on demand).
Tickets must be purchased separately for the SMP National Press Club address on Wednesday 22 March 2023 – tickets are prioritised for registered delegates.
Tickets for the Welcome Reception & National Gala Dinner are included in SMP ON THE HILL registration and may also be purchased separately.
Discounted rates available for Early Career Researchers - 9 years post PhD (excluding career breaks).
Scholarships are available for delegates from STA Member Organisations please see below for details.

STEM professionals who are not members of an STA Member Organisation are welcome to attend SMP, please use the 'General Delegate' registration link.

GROUP BOOKING - Member organisation who wish to manage all delegate registrations and payments into one invoice are encouraged to use the SMP2023 GROUP BOOKING PORTAL
