Please note if online voting is selected, we will contact you 5 days before the AGM with details on how to vote in the Executive election.

Proxy votes

If an STA member is unable to attend the AGM, you can register ahead of the meeting to vote in the Executive election online. Otherwise an STA member may assign a proxy to another member attending from an STA member organisation (who can hold up to 5 proxies) who can cast a vote on their behalf at the meeting. If you wish to lodge a proxy, please advise STA via ea@sta.org.au
